Jitter clicking is a technique where you tense your arm and let it vibrate to fire rapid mouse clicks — popular with Minecraft PvP players chasing high CPS. This jitter click test measures exactly how many clicks per second your jitter technique produces. Pick a duration, jitter away, and see your CPS.
Test your jitter clickingJitter clicking uses controlled muscle tension in your forearm and wrist to create a fast vibration that presses the mouse button many times per second. Done well it can reach 10–14 CPS, well above normal clicking, but it takes practice and can strain your arm — warm up and don't overdo it.
Rest your palm lightly, tense your forearm rather than your fingers, and let the vibration do the work. Short 1-second bursts hit the highest peak CPS; 5 and 10-second runs test whether you can hold the technique. Track your best here and build up gradually.
A click speed test used to measure the CPS you get from jitter clicking — tensing your arm to vibrate and fire rapid clicks.
Around 10–12 CPS is strong jitter clicking; top players push 13–14+. Normal clicking is usually 6–8 CPS.
In short bursts it's generally fine, but sustained jitter clicking can strain your wrist and forearm. Warm up, take breaks, and stop if it hurts.
